Job Description Company: Sea GameX, Singapore Established: Aug 2024 Work Mode: Remote Process: Blended Process Shift: Day Shift Working: 6 Days Job Title: Tele Sales Associate Objectives of this role: Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by converting the call into real time deposit in the game(150-200 calls/day). Gain a deep understanding of the companys services and find gaps in the customers lives wherein the companys services fit Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving Responsibilities Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales associate Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints Required skills and qualifications Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role (6 Months to 1 Year) Fluency in English Adept knowledge of working with MS Office Great communication skills, both verbal and written Preferred qualifications: Bachelors degree or a similar discipline
