Tele sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Tele Sales Executive in Chennai, your primary responsibility is to handle inbound and outbound sales calls with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset. You will contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the products and services offered by the company and answer any queries they may have. Additionally, you will be responsible for obtaining customer information, generating promising leads, scheduling appointments for the direct sales team, and following up on leads to convert them into site visits. Your role will also involve suggesting solutions based on customer needs, processing product orders professionally, and directing prospects to the field sales team when necessary. It will be crucial for you to maintain records of calls and sales, note useful information, and regularly update the customer database.
