Tele sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting potential customers, and building long-term client relationships—all through compelling telephone conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided database

• Introduce and explain products or services to prospects

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes

• Follow up on leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales pipeline

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
