Tele sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls with a positive attitude and a goal-oriented approach. Your main tasks will include contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the products and services offered by the company, answering queries, obtaining customer information, generating promising leads, scheduling appointments for the direct sales team, following up on leads, converting leads to site visits, directing prospects to the field sales team when necessary, keeping records of calls and sales, noting useful information, suggesting solutions based on customer needs, and taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
