Tele sales Executive

As a Telesales Executive at our company, your role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers using a provided database. You will introduce and explain our products or services to prospects, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions. It will be essential for you to maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes, as well as follow up on leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales pipeline. Handling customer queries and objections professionally and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performance are also key responsibilities.
