Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide information to customers, and support daily communication activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers and explain company services/products
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries
  • Maintain call records and update customer details
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism during calls Skills Required:
  • Good communication skills (Tamil/English /Malayalam / as needed)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Polite and confident telephone handling
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Time management and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
