Hospital Administration

We are looking for a dynamic hospital administration intern to join our team

• Strategic Develop and implement policies, goals, and objectives.
• Guide the hospital’s long-term vision and ensure alignment with healthcare standards.
• Oversee organizational structure and culture.

Operations Management

• Coordinate daily hospital operations (clinical and non-clinical services).
• Manage departments such as , CRE, Receptionist
• Ensure smooth collaboration between medical and administrative teams.

Human Resource Management

• Recruit, train, and retain medical and support staff.
• Oversee performance evaluations and staff development programs.
• Handle labor relations and ensure workplace safety.

Financial Management

• Prepare and monitor budgets.
• Manage billing, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Control costs while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and ethical practices. Implement quality control and risk management procedures.
• Promote patient safety and infection control measures.

Patient and Community Relations

• Enhance patient experience and address complaints or grievances.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Promote hospital services through outreach programs. Technology and Infrastructure
• Oversee the adoption of health information systems and digital records.
• Ensure facility maintenance and upgrades meet healthcare standards.
