Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the clinical office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.

Coordinate patient scheduling, manage appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.

Support clinical staff by managing administrative tasks, including communication, data entry, and report generation.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain updated knowledge of relevant policies.

Facilitate communication between healthcare providers, patients, and external stakeholders to enhance patient care.

Assist in budget management and financial reporting to support the financial health of the clinic.

Implement and monitor office procedures to improve operational workflow.

Lead and participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team alignment and professional development.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative environment.

Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
