Clinical Administrator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinical Administrator to oversee and coordinate clinical operations at Ortho-One. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the hospitals clinical services, with a strong focus on Orthopaedics.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical activities and workflows across departments.
• Work closely with Orthopaedic Consultants, Senior Registrars, and the Paramedical Team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Liaise effectively with the Directors to implement strategic clinical initiatives.
• Oversee quality assurance programs and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
• Monitor patient care services to maintain high standards of safety, satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Implement policies that support a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges in collaboration with medical and administrative teams.

Candidate Profile

• Education: MBBS with MBA in Hospital Management / MHA (Master of Hospital Administration).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in clinical administration, preferably in a multi-speciality or orthopaedic setting.
• Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows in Orthopaedics
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of NABH/quality standards and patient care protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage dynamic clinical environments

Annual Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
