Responsibilities: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by motivating yourself and your team to achieve targets. Contact potential customers via phone and introduce Oncure's products and services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Update customer data in the CRM system with accuracy. Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively. Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills – You’re confident on the phone, and can engage customers effectively. Sales-Driven & Target-Oriented – You enjoy working in a target-based environment and thrive on closing deals. Resilience & Persistence – You handle rejection positively and keep going until you achieve results. Tech-Savvy – Basic knowledge of CRM systems or sales software is a plus, but training will be provided. Previous experience in telemarketing or telesales is a bonus but not required – We’re willing to train you if you have the drive!
