Key Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound calls and explain product/service offerings. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets. Handle objections confidently and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, and conversions. Build customer relationships with a customer-first mindset. Follow strict calling discipline, scripts, and follow-up timelines. Strict Sales Performance Expectations : Minimum 100-150 outbound calls per day. Maintain required conversion ratios. Zero backlog for lead follow-ups. Adherence to TAT for lead closure and documentation. Consistent achievement of KPIs; underperformance may lead to review. Requirements: Minimum 1 year telesales experience. Excellent communication in Hindi & English. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Proven track record of target achievement. Strong interpersonal, learning, and communication skills.
