Maintain and update the leads database.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Provide regular reports to supervisors or management.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
