Job Description We are seeking a female Telesales Executive who will be responsible for promoting Scorecity’s services, engaging with potential clients over the phone, and converting leads into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain Scorecity’s services and offerings. Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM. Provide feedback to the team to improve processes and client engagement. Requirements Female candidates only. Minimum 6 months – 2 years of telesales/telemarketing experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply). Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage. Fluency in Hindi and English (local languages will be a plus).
