About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to support our inside sales operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling, lead generation , and basic end-to-end sales processes. This role is office-based at our Kasturi Nagar location in Bangalore and offers the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and explain product/service offerings

  • Identify and qualify leads through research, calls, and follow-ups

  • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate customer details

  • Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales team when required

  • Assist with sending proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert warm leads

  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline to ensure lead conversion

  • Report daily and weekly sales activity and lead status


Required Skills:


  • Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation , or inside sales

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages

  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems (Excel, Zoho, or others)

  • Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude

  • Good interpersonal and persuasion skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Preferred Qualifications:


  • 1 3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B. Com, or relevant preferred)
