Roles and Responsibilities : Handle inbound calls from clients to resolve their queries and concerns related to health insurance products. Identify potential customers' needs and provide personalized solutions through effective communication. Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software. Job Requirements : 1-2 years of experience in BFSI sales (BPO/Call Centre) or telemarketing/telecalling industry. Strong knowledge of life insurance and health insurance products. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
