Roles and Responsibilities : Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication. Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Job Requirements : 0-4 years of experience in BPO sales, telemarketing, or telesales industry. Proficiency in Malayalam language is required for this role. Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations. Experience with inside sales techniques and outbound calling strategies.
