Process customer orders, handle complaints, and provide excellent customer service. Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management. Job Requirements : 0-2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing industry. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations. Proficiency in inside sales techniques and strategies. Ability to work on an hourly wage basis.
