Job Description

As a Telecaller for Home loans, LAP, Balance Transfer & Top up, your role will involve generating sales leads through domain training, call monitoring, and advising customers on the right banking products. Additionally, you will be responsible for the preparation of Mortgage files, including coordinating documents with RMs, reviewing for completion against a checklist, and submitting to respective banks for logins. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with banking RMs for logins, legal & technical initiation, personal discussions with bankers, handling post-login queries from the credit and underwriting team, and ensuring timely disbursements. - Assigning new leads from the telecalling team to Loan Bazaar RMs after discussing the case with the business head for bank selection and organizing client meetings. - Updating daily MIS for case monitoring and progress. - Leading daily review calls with business heads and RMs for strong follow-ups with clients and bankers. Qualifications required for this position: - 3 to 4 years of experience from DSA or NBFC.
