Responsibilities include mentoring and training QA team members, leading the QA team within the Insurance project, conducting quality checks, and analyzing data for improvement areas. As a Senior Team Lead, you should have at least 6 years of experience in the Insurance or financial services industry. Your responsibilities will include driving team productivity and quality, representing the Insurance function in senior management discussions, and ensuring client service levels are met. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for this role.
