Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Tele Sales Executive (CRM) in the Real Estate sector is located in Bhubaneswar. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing CRM systems, and executing sales strategies. Daily tasks will include engaging with potential clients, providing comprehensive customer service, managing leads, conducting sales follow-up, and training clients on the use of CRM systems. This role requires strong coordination with the sales management team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Freshers can apply also.
