Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with potential clients and providing comprehensive customer service - Managing leads and conducting sales follow-up - Training clients on the use of CRM systems - Coordinating closely with the sales management team to achieve sales targets To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management - Experience in conducting Training sessions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Freshers are also welcome to apply for this full-time on-site position located in Bhubaneswar.
