About the Role
We are urgently hiring Tele Sales Executives with prior experience in AMEX (American Express) profiles . The role involves outbound calling, pitching AMEX products, and converting leads into successful sales while maintaining high customer service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers for AMEX credit cards and related financial products .
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally and close sales efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company and AMEX guidelines.
Proven experience in AMEX telesales / banking / credit card sales (mandatory).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle objections and close deals.
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales pressure.
Experience in BFSI telesales.
Good knowledge of credit card products.
Immediate joiners preferred.
