What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or farmer support, preferably within the agriculture or agri-input sector.
Education & Domain Knowledge:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field, with a practical understanding of crops, plant nutrition, and farm practices.
Language & Communication:
Fluency in Gujarati (mandatory) with the ability to clearly explain solutions to farmers.
Hindi and basic English proficiency preferred.
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of CRM systems, MS-Excel, call logging, and follow-ups.
Customer Mindset:
Ability to build long-term relationships with farmers and communicate with empathy, patience, and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound tele-calling to farmers across Gujarat
• Crop advisory and agri-product guidance
• Handling inbound farmer queries
• Sales follow-ups and target achievement
• CRM updates, documentation, and reporting
• Coordination with agronomy and sales teams
