Job Type: Full Time | Part Time Salary: 1.56 LPA - 3.60 LPA (Fixed) + 1.8 LPA (variable) Work Location: Patna (Boring Road / Kankarbagh / Bazar Samiti /Bailey Road), Bokaro, Saharsa, Daltonganj, Ranchi,Purnia, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur. Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote courses. Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries effectively. Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission processes. Maintain records of calls and update the CRM regularly. Convince prospective students to visit the centre or enrol directly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Desired Candidate Skills: Young, energetic, and enthusiastic. Professional and confident telephone etiquette. A candidate with Good Fluency in English and Hindi will be preferred. Good listening and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
