Tele Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote fintech products.
Educate customers on product features and benefits.
Build strong relationships and handle customer inquiries effectively.
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry compliance standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in
Hindi and English
Mandatory and Either Kannada or Telegu (spoken ).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with proven sales performance.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
