Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor located in Lucknow. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing academic and career guidance over the phone, handling inquiries from potential students, and assisting with the enrollment process. The role includes maintaining records of student interactions, following up with prospective students, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, counseling, or academic advising
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Comfort with using telephonic and digital communication tools
• Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in education or counseling is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi
