Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-counselor located in New Delhi. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing personalized counseling sessions to students, answering queries related to entrance exams, guiding students through the application process, and maintaining detailed records of student interactions. Additional tasks include conducting follow-up calls and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in counseling or customer service roles
• Knowledge of entrance exams such as CUET, IIM-IPM, BMS, BBA, and LAW
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
