Job Description

We are hiring a Telecaller to handle customer communication over the phone. The role involves providing information, answering queries, and assisting with service-related issuesno sales targets involved. Make and receive calls to/from customers.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain telecommunication systems (PBX, VoIP, routers, switches, and related hardware/software).
Manage and monitor voice and data networks to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
Conduct regular maintenance, testing, and upgrades to telecommunication systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to connectivity, call quality, and system failures.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for system integration and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Provide end-user support and training for telecommunication systems.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, equipment inventory, and troubleshooting logs.
Assist in planning and implementing new telecommunication projects and expansions.
