Job Summary:

Medtra Innovations Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering Indian medtech company behind the patent-granted Veineux AR 100, is looking for a smart, polished, and well-spoken female Telecalling Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for professional client communication across India, handling hospital inquiries, and supporting the business development process with excellent command over English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, distributors, and medical professionals to introduce Medtra’s innovative products.
• Assist the sales and operations teams by scheduling appointments, demo sessions, and follow-ups.
• Professionally communicate product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
• Manage incoming queries through calls or WhatsApp and maintain a high standard of courtesy and clarity.
• Maintain accurate logs of interactions in CRM or Excel and report to the reporting authority daily.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive brand impression.
• Support ongoing campaigns, product launches, and sales events through telecalling outreach.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female (as this role involves communication with hospital managements and working directly with MD)
• Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream
• Languages Required: Excellent fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
• Personality: Smart, well-groomed, confident, and polished in demeanor
• Skills:
• Clear and professional communication style
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
• Time management and the ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills and persuasion ability
