Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive based in Noida. The Telecalling Executive will interact with customers to provide product and service information, answer inquiries, and address concerns. The responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, maintaining accurate customer records, and contributing to sales and customer engagement goals. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service and effectively conveying the benefits of SLnko Energy’s solar energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients
• Customer service skills with the ability to address customer queries and provide solutions effectively
• Basic knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy sector is an advantage
• Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for accurate record-keeping
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior experience in a telecalling or inside sales role is preferred
• Graduate degree in any discipline; additional training or certification in customer service is a plus
