Job Description

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide product/service information.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital communication.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on lead status and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in pre-sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.
