Female Tele Sales Executive - Website Development (SME Focus) - Startup Growth Opportunity & Potential Full-Time Upgrade About the Role: We are a dynamic startup seeking ambitious and driven female candidates to join our team as Part-Time Tele Sales Executives. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling our website development services to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong desire to grow and contribute to a rapidly expanding company. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential SME clients, effectively introducing and promoting our website development services. Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our services, tailoring communication to client needs. Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads, understanding their specific requirements. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective clients. Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities within our CRM system. Consistently meet and exceed weekly sales targets and performance goals. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our website development services and relevant industry trends. Qualifications: Minimum qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (fluency required). Knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is a significant advantage. Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and possess a positive, growth-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Basic computer literacy and CRM experience (preferred). A strong desire to grow with a startup. Work Schedule: Part-time: 18 to 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options available. Compensation: Competitive salary. Performance-based bonus structure.
