Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Female Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and converting inquiries into sales or leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
• Handle inbound calls from customers and provide appropriate information.
• Explain products or services in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and leads via phone, email, or messaging apps.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for sales teams when required.
• Share daily reports with team leaders or managers.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and stress in calling.
• Fluent in English and [mention additional languages if needed].

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Female candidates are eligible.
• Minimum 12th pass Graduation is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
