Job Description

We are seeking a driven and articulate Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or inside sales preferably within the IT or SaaS industry. You ll play a key role in engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and video calls.Present and promote IT/SaaS products to prospective customers.Manage leads, follow up consistently, and close sales opportunities.Maintain accurate customer information in CRM tools.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets. 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telecalling (preferably in IT/SaaS). Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Confidence in client engagement through phone and video meetings. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
