Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.
  • Handle inbound customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a record of calls and customer responses in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
