Role Description

This full-time, on-site Telecaller role is based in Kolkata. The Telecaller will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer tailored financial solutions to customers. Key responsibilities include outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, building customer relationships, and updating databases with customer information. Maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets are central to the role.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local languages
Proficiency in customer service, relationship management, and understanding customer needs
Basic computer literacy, including experience with CRM systems and data entry
Sales and telemarketing skills, with the ability to influence and convert leads
Prior experience in financial services or customer handling is advantageous
Ability to handle queries professionally, work efficiently, and achieve targets
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is a plus
