We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer needs, and providing appropriate information about our products/services. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.
Maintain call logs, reports, and provide daily/weekly updates

Requirements

Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good listening and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
