Job Title: Tele caller

🕒 Work Mode: Onsite (Nagpur)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, handling customer queries, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain products/services.

2. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

3. Maintain and update customer databases.

4. Follow up with potential leads and convert them into customers.

5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

6. Provide excellent customer service and support.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English).

2. Good convincing and negotiation ability.

3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).

4. Positive attitude and ability to work under targets.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

2. Prior tele calling or customer support experience is an advantage.

3. Fresher with good communication skills can also apply.
