Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Telecaller at SS ARCHITECTS AND INTERIORS in Coimbatore. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting potential clients through phone calls, managing inquiries, providing information about services, maintaining client databases, following up on leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, and delivering exceptional customer service. Moreover, you will assist the sales team by scheduling appointments and facilitating communication between clients and architects/interior designers. Key Responsibilities: - Make phone calls to potential clients - Manage inquiries and provide service information - Maintain updated client databases - Follow up on leads - Handle inbound and outbound calls - Provide excellent customer service - Schedule appointments for the sales team - Coordinate communication between clients and architects/interior designers Qualification Required: - Strong verbal communication skills and excellent phone etiquette - Ability to manage multiple phone calls efficiently - Experience in customer service and client relationship management - Proficiency in using CRM software and updating client information - Basic knowledge of architecture and interior design is a plus - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team - High school diploma or equivalent; Additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous,
