Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing accurate information to clients about our products/services. The goal is to generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about the company’s products or services.

* Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

* Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

* Follow up with potential leads and ensure consistent communication.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

* Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

* Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the sales/marketing team.

* Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
