Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tele Caller. Based in Chennai, the Tele Caller will have the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound calls, providing information about our products and services, and maintaining customer records. They will also follow up on leads, manage customer inquiries, and work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette skills
Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
Basic computer skills and proficiency in common office software
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer support preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus
