• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain a record of calls and leads in the system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the team leader and update call reports regularly.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, data entry).
• Confident, target-driven, and good at convincing customers.
• Prior experience in tele calling, or customer service will be an added advantage (freshers can also apply).
• Type: Full-time (5 days working)
• Shift Timing: [ 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM]
