Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller based in Bhubaneswar. The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients to promote real estate properties and financing options, answering inquiries, and setting up meetings with prospects. The role requires maintaining client information, ensuring effective communication, and supporting the sales team in achieving goals. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills will be key to success in this position. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and addressing inquiries Proficiency in persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship management Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up with prospects Proficiency in basic computer skills, including CRM tools and phone systems Prior experience in real estate, sales, or telecalling is an advantage Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an added advantage)
