Job Description

Job Summary:

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers or leads from the provided database.
Explain the companys products or services clearly and convincingly.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert into sales or appointments.
Handle customer queries, objections, or complaints professionally.
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for number of calls and conversions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, or support teams to improve customer experience.
Update CRM or calling software with accurate information post-call.

Required Skills :

Proven experience as telecaller, telemarketer, customer service representative, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Local languages].
Confident, polite, and clear speaking style.
Good listening skills and ability to handle rejection or objections.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
