We aim to simplify the export process and enhance business opportunities for our users. Job Description / Responsibilities: Engage with Indian exporters over phone calls to explain the features and benefits of the MY EXIM BUSINESS platform. Educate prospective users on how to effectively utilize the platform to support their export activities. Maintain call records and provide regular feedback on client interactions. Follow up with leads and ensure prompt and professional communication. Desired Candidate Profile: Any graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in tele calling or customer engagement roles. Prior experience or knowledge in the Export Industry will be considered an added advantage. Strong verbal communication skills in English ; proficiency in Hindi is a plus. Must be based in Chennai or willing to work from Chennai. Candidates should have a confident and professional telephone manner. Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication in English Hindi speaking ability (added advantage) Customer handling and engagement Basic understanding of export-related processes (preferred)
