Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a Telecaller to join our Tanishq store team on third party payroll. The role involves connecting with customers over phone calls, answering their queries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Telecaller will also support customer engagement activities and help drive store footfall.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for promotions, offers, and follow-ups.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Support in customer engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships.
Coordinate with the store team to address customer needs effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Prior experience in telecalling / customer service will be an advantage.
Pleasant personality with customer-centric approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
