Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller at our Gwalior location. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming customer queries, providing information about our services, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The Tele Caller will also be expected to gather customer feedback, support the sales team, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

• Customer service orientation and ability to handle customer inquiries
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
