Salary: 12000/ to 18000/ + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to promote and sell our website development, digital marketing, and software solutions. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting them into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our services (website design, SEO, social media marketing, software solutions, etc.)
• Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with interested leads to close sales.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, website development, and software services.
• Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
