Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.

2- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

3- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.

4- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance goals.

5- Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.

6- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

7-Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve conversion strategies.

8-Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

1- Graduate with 3 to 7 years of experience in outbound sales / telecalling / telesales.

2- Prior experience in B2C or B2B outbound calling will be an added advantage.

3- Candidates from Noida or nearby locations preferred.
