Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Kota. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates, scheduling appointments, and maintaining call records. They will also need to communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
